Education Support Worker |
| Do you believe in the worth of young people? Have you enjoyed working with challenging youngsters? If so, we would like to hear from you. You will be self-motivated to join our Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Team. You will be required to support young offenders (aged 14 – 18) so that they can achieve success in ETE. You might be asked to take a youngster to a college interview or to help them with their homework. You might be asked to meet them from school and have a chat about their day. You will work closely with experienced staff but will also be given the opportunity to be creative and responsive to the young people’s needs. You must be able to travel with young people to their place of education/work and have access to your own transport, for which travel expenses will be paid. For further information about the post and an informal discussion, please contact Juliet Starbuck, Senior Educational Psychologist (YOS) on 01903 718739.
